Terms & Conditions of Sale
All orders placed with M&B Williams are accepted only on the understanding that the customer has read and fully understands the Terms & Conditions of Sale listed below.
Delivery
We will endeavour to complete deliveries within the timescale requested at the time of placing your order, but no liability can be accepted if circumstances beyond our control prevent this from happening. Claims for late deliveries will not be accepted.
Lost in Transit
Please notify us immediately if your order has not arrived within the agreed delivery timescale.
Damaged Goods/Missing Goods
All parcels must be inspected for exterior damage on arrival. Claims for damage in transit must be noted on the delivery note. Damages and missing items then found must be reported within 24 hours. Claims for damage and missing items will be limited to the value of the product, and no claims for any consequential loss will be accepted.
Incorrectly Ordered Goods
Incorrectly ordered goods can be returned for credit providing they are not soiled or damaged in any way. All errors must be notified in writing within 10 working days of delivery.
Payment Terms
Payment Terms for authorized accounts are 30 days net monthly account, unless otherwise agreed. If the account remains unpaid we reserve the right to suspend credit facilities and withhold any orders currently being processed.
Risk & Total
Risk of damage to the goods supplied passes to the customer on delivery. Title of the goods will not pass until M&B Williams has received full payment for the items.
Consequential Loss
The Company accepts no responsibility for loss of profit, incidental expenses or any loss attributed to defects in material or delay in or non delivery of goods.
Rights
Your rights as a consumer are not affected by these conditions.
